Welcome to Koa Vitality. By accessing or using our Shopify store and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Products and Descriptions
All products listed on our store are CBD-infused lotions and wellness items. We make no medical claims — products are for external use only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Product colors, sizes, and textures may vary slightly from images due to natural ingredients.

2. Age Restrictions
You must be 21 years or older to purchase our products.

3. Ordering and Payment
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Payment is accepted via the payment methods available on Shopify. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or legal restrictions.

4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Koa Vitality is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.  We do not deliver to South Dakota.

5. Returns and Refunds (180-Day Policy)
You may return unopened and unused products within 180 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement. Products must be returned in their original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at [your email] within the 180-day window. Include your order number and reason for return. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or defective. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Opened or used products are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

6. Product Liability
By purchasing, you acknowledge that you use our products at your own risk. Koa Vitality is not responsible for any adverse reactions or injuries resulting from misuse.

7. Legal Compliance
All CBD products are compliant with federal and state laws, containing less than 0.3% THC. You are responsible for knowing and following your local laws regarding CBD purchase and use.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including images, logos, and product descriptions, is owned by Koa Vitality and may not be used without permission.

9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the store constitutes acceptance of any changes.
